reader, anonymous, writes (3 January 2008): Perhaps some of the lady advisors could help more, but having witnessed and induced many female orgasms in my years, an orgasm usually culminates in a feeling of warmth throughout the body, pleasure, tingling and perhaps shudders, contractions of the female muscles in the nether region and a tremendous release of tension. You might sometimes feel a need to pee when there is none. This is ultimately stimulated in the glans (clitoris) - somewhat indirectly during intercourse, and sometimes more directly during oral stimulation (cunnilingus). The entire vaginal region is an area connected to the clitoris (the most sensitive spot) and gentle, but gradually increased stimulation with the fingers, tongue or male penis, given enough time and know how, can bring a woman to an orgasm. Technically, what is happening is a release of chemicals in in the brain associated with pleasure (endorphins).
