when a guy just comes up randomly and starts giving you a back massage. what does that mean?I think we need more information to answer that. Is this a guy you know or a guy you don't know? When did this happen? At school, at church, at home or in some other environment? Also, does he do this for others, or seemingly just for you?Usually what it means would be that he likes you and he is inviting you to have a deeper friendship with him, by your doing the following:1) saying, "that feels good, please continue,"and/or2) offering to do or doing the same to his back.and/or3) offering to hug or in fact hugging him in thanks or goodbye. My suggestion would be1) if you appreciate the backrub, offer it back and express your thanks by hugging, and you can do this whether you or thinking of him as a bf or not;2) if you do so, at some point, simply ask him what it means for him that the two of you trade backrubs or hug;3) let him know what relationship you would like to have;4) it could be somewhat exclusive, or it could be that you trade backrubs and have good friendships with many other people. The other major possibility would be that he is just teasing you in some way.the minor possibility is that he likes touching people and is inclined to offer backrubs to lots of people.

It means he wants to touch you / make you happy.
This means he is either:
a) a friend of yours who is being nice.
b) a boy who you know who might fancy you.
c) a psycho at the bus stop.
If A or B then it's fine, if C then you should probably slap him and threaten to call the police.
Good Luck!! xx

It usually means they think you're cute and are looking for an excuse to both be near you and make you happy.
If you think he's cute or like him back, then just be yourself since that's obviously what attracted him to you to begin with. If he is someone you don't have an interest in, then try not to lead him on, and nicely take away opportunities for him to be so one-on-one with you.

It does NOT mean I am interested in them in any way.
Of course, as The Mistress has mentioned, it could ALSO mean that person is interested in you, though it's not always the case.

It's kinda like a flirting thing. Guys do it alot to girls they like. I know this from expirance. My boyfriend (Before he was my bf) would come up to me a give me a massage. I think that the guy that is doing this likes you. I would go for him!
