Oh SAGE, brings up an interesting issue.
THERE are some religions that treat menstruating women as spiritually unclean. They are not allowed to do certain things or enter certain places until their period is over they can be ritually cleansed.
But even then, the only person that would know would be her husband and perhaps her religious adviser.

Many of us guys think that a girl is "unclean" during that week.... but we are willing to accomodate her by showering together prior to anything "good" happening!!!!

It's just a normal function of a woman's body, we couldn't give a damn, we're just glad we don't have to suffer having them.

unless you tell folks you have your period, they won't know.
and to be honest women have had monthly cycles for centuries. It's a natural normal body function.
Some men (and women) do not want to have sexual relations when a woman is on her period and that's fine but other than that, it should have no effect on your day to day activities.

k c100 ; as a male it doesn't have any effect on my relationship with my wife when she has her period. Other than not having intercourse durring that time, there are no changes in relationship with each other, yes when she has it sometimes she gets a little edgy, but it doesn't bother me at all. I still love her dearly !!!!

Most men would never know a girl has her period - there is no way to tell! So it cant be a turn off if they dont know you have it, simple as that.
Unless you get really bad PMS and are very moody and are nasty to all the guys you meet, then they might guess - but aside from that there is not a lot you can do to show a guy you are having your period.
Relax and stop worrying so much, no-one knows you are on your period so just be your normal self.
