thanks. do you think that if the prom (considering its a small town prom) doesn't have dinner arrangements its unorthodox to take my date to dinner?

hey. dont worry about your prom. everything will fit into place nicely. we had ours last may, i didnt hav a date, neither did all my friends. we all went in a group. friends with friends and all that. we hired a limo which cost us £25 each and it droped us off after taking us for a ride round town, the guys all ore suits, plain black suits most of them and the girls all wore frilly frocks lol. i as soo worried about weareing my dress. and everything went fine on he day. yes the dinner meal is included although they made us sit in certain places, we moved round to sit with out friends!! dont worry about it too much!!! HAVEE FUNN!!!!!!! x

Usually, the men wear suits (or tuxedos? Whats the difference? I don't know lol) and the girls turn up in lovely dresses. Some girls actually hire wedding dresses, but not in white, in difference colours.

Here in the UK, some people just come by car. But others get a group of friends together and pay for a big limo or a fire engine! I've always known dinner to be included in the price of the prom, but you'll have to double check with someone organising the prom. But I'd assume dinner is included :]
