I'm kind of worried and would really appreciate any input.I don't always take my birth control at EXACTLY the same time every day but always before bed and I would rate my forgetfulness at maybe once or twice (at the most) a month if that. I usually choose to skip my period too. This has been the same for the last 5 years and I have never gotten pregnant. I did forget to take it one night recently and I had sex with my boyfriend in the morning and he didn't pull out, but I took the next pill that night. This past week, I've noticed that my boobs have grown noticeably and a lot of things I eat upset my stomach and certain smells (esp food) make me feel sick and I'll want to leave the room. I also feel just really worn out and flushed sometimes. I skip my period so waiting to see if it comes wouldn't work. Is this just normal tiredness and feeling blah or something more?

Take an at home pregnancy test. In the meantime, I would suggest going off the pill for a month to see what your cycle does if you turn out to not be pregnant. Also, if you are pregnant you should not be on the pill (assuming you are keeping the baby, your choice).
Or, you can go to your doctor and they can run a more comprehensive pregnancy test. Since you have unprotected sex (no barrier method) so often, there is no real way to track when you might have gotten pregnant, it could have been any time.
Go to your doctor, I think that is your best bet. It could also be just that you have been on the pill for so long. I naturally skip a period after being on the pill for over a year. It freaks me out every time, and I go off of it for a month or two to let my body calm down.

Signs to look for:
breast tenderness
exhaustion
sweating at night as you sleep
nausea
slight spotting
Regardless if you have skipped your period, if you are pregnant, your hormone levels will be off the charts. Take an at home pregnancy test. If it is positive, see your Dr. and have them administer a test as well.
