 If you didn't use birth control, then the chances could be fair. Technically a woman can get pregnant at any stage in her cycle, and if you've had unprotected sex twice at different stages, there is a fair chance.

 Well if you had unprotected sex in the middle of your cycle, then you did at the optimal time to become pregnant. Wether you are or not is another matter.
