What do you think he has in mind?

So, I've met a wonderful guy after being single for 9 months following a messy split with an ex I was with for 8 years...we've met up a couple of times (movie and dinner, kiss on the cheek at the end), and I think he's lovely! He's officially asked if he can take me out for a date next week, says it will be a day out and I will need comfortable clothing and an open mind, and that's all he's telling me! What do you think he has in mind?? He's an outdoor kinda guy, into camping, potholing, bungee jumping, and also loves animals. Thanks :)
