 1) Its still a sexual act, and taking it further can often ruin friendships, especially if the guy becomes pushy and wants more. Its not worth it. If you fancy him, then thats that. But just as friends? It shouldn't really happen. You are supposed to be just friends. Thats like fingering your female best friend.
2) I think a girl who fools around with a taken man is a fool. How would the gf feel? Its as if he's cheating on her regardless of 'we're just friends bullshit'.
So in either case, I would think little of the girl who's doing these things, its not fair on the real gf, ands its dangerous to a friendship.
