The next year my mom invited him to my graduation party. When we were alone he told me that he was sorry and that he shouldn't have said that he regretted kissing me because he liked it and that he was just confused. Then he kissed me. We started hanging out again and I think that I might be in love with him. Should I tell him that I love him or just wait?

Wait. Spend more time getting to know him first. You'll scare him away if you move too quickly.

WAIT. You'll scare him off. See how it goes.
