If we just had really sweaty, wild, OMGOSH, sex, then most likely, we'll keep doing it until somehow, miraculously, our bodies end up in the shower together, where we'll proceed to bubble each other up and do more stuff there, then possibly take it back out on the bed while still wet and bubbly. After all that, we'll probably take a shower or somehow keep going... 8O
However, if the experience was sensual, slow, with a lot of foreplay and teases, then usually, after everything, we just lay there and cuddle, talk, etc.

In bed I would cuddle up afterwards, other situations would possibly clean up first.
Sometimes its nice to clean up first so you can just cuddle and not have to get up again.

i guess if its meaningful like the below says go straight to cuddling but then again, if you're young and dont want to get caught i suggest cleaning up straight away as you will have a higher chance of getting caught if youre young and dont clean up straight away
