When you are in the REM cycle of sleep and dreaming, your body goes into a sort paralysis to keep you from hurting you from reactions to those dreams. That is why you feel sedated. As to the rape part I can't say but if this dream is constantly repeated, it certainly indicates to me that there is something in your life that needs to be more closely examined.

It could be your blankets / duvet is too heavy. If it's pinning you down in real life then it's going to impact your dreams.
Either that or you are just lacking a bit of self confidence in your abilities to defend yourself.
Take up judo, or something like that. It's good for your health and it improves your balance and all kinds of other things. Plus it will boost your confidence about your physical ability to defend yourself.
It says here you are male, if that's true then it could be some sexual fear. I don't to put ideas in your head that you will over analyse when it could just be a blanket wrapped too tight, but it could be some kind of homophobia, or fear that you will "turn gay." Both of which are a bit silly. Your sexuality is just the way you are built, so there can never be a wrong way to be, and no one can change it.
Good Luck!! xx

Have you asked yourself what you think it means? Are there issues in your life you are avoiding? Remember, everything in your dream is you. All the characters are you.
The subconscious uses imagery to try to get a message to your conscious mind. It is the way it can communicate.
You need to spend time pondering this and if necessary talk to a counsellor if it becomes too great a burden to deal with alone.
