I am inclined to think it is not guilt. For some reason your mind has selected her as a tool to try and represent something to you... That's just my two cents worth.
It is possible that something from your past, perhaps closely related to those days, is on your mind. Our dreams are rarely so clear as to offer a discernable message. We often walk away scratching our heads.
Last night I dreamt I was sleeping on a bed in my ex-boyfriend's front lawn and then I took my daughter to school (still in the dream). The night before, I dreamt about having the power to travel through time and space.
I would not worry too much about it.
Sorry I could not be more helpful.

Its possible she is a symbol for something else. Your mind, trying to tell you something in your sleep, picks up the best symbol it can to represent the message.
We'd only be guessing, but our guesses may be more accurate if we knew how you feel about her (guilt, curiousity, creeped-out, etc.) and in what capacity she is "there". Is she just watching you? Is she engaged in other aspects of the dream somehow? Are there other circumstances going on? Are you back in the school you met her in?

maybe you're scared of her. sounds like this girl is a bit stalkerish. not my best advise. I just got this impression from your description.
