 Well, if you want you can tell a teacher, headmaster, principal, counselor whatever. But i think giving him a good smack on the face is due. I like the idea of humilating him in front of people like yos said, he's such a loser the only way he'd would get any action is by violating a girl against her will. Or get a bunch of friends together and pull down his pants to reveal his non existant penis.
