Some girls don't like swallowing and there's nothing wrong with that. If you want to do it but are worried about running to the loo, keep some tissues near the bed.
And yeah, some guys won't like being kissed afterwards, only way you will know is to either go for it, or ask him beforehand.

 Well if you can swallow it without gagging then do that. Aim the penis to the back of your throat, that way you won't have to taste it as much. If you can't do this then just walk to the bathroom and spit it out and rinse, don't spend time cleaning your teeth, this is a put off! Don't kiss him straight after it, wait til he kisses you, he may give you a kiss on the fore head or something. Why don't you talk to him before you do this, this way you can tell him to stop before he cums.x
