A man i work with is showing a lot of interest in me and i am unsure of his motives. we are both devorsed and have children but he is eight years younger than me.we have kissed and he has sent me flowers but we dont move on from there. he blows hot and cold i dont know what to do about this.should i walk away or give it a go. its the age gap i worry about. is he just flirting?

 Flowers is always a good sign that a man is interested in you and he is being thoughtful!I feel that you need to be a little patient here... what is the rush, why do you feel the need to jump into a full blown relationship with him straight away. Like you say, you have both recently gone through a divorce and I think it is always a good idea to have time out before jumping into a new relationship. There is nothing wrong in enjoying each others company, and dining out together. Let it take its own path, and what will be will be.
