writes:my names daniel in the past I've had lots of relationships that never worked out the first one was when I was 15 I went to scout camp and met a girl who I realy liked we hooked up at camp and had a great time together how ever when I got home I found out she was 12 and we hav'nt spoke since.what was the right thing I should have done and what did I do wrong? the next one Im 16 and I love the receptionist at my gym and I think she likes me but shes 18 and theres a policy that staff and members cant have relationships so we dont speak that much now.what was the right thing I should have done and what did I do wrong? the last one was when I was 15 I was best freinds with a class mate and we kept getting closer and talked all the time but then I asked the big question and she has'nt spoke to me since.what was the right thing I should have done and what did I do wrong? I know I'm not the best looking guy but I dont deserve to be hated by so much girls Im a realy nice guy and it hurts me now I cant find the right girl the only girl I've realy loved has been some french girl I met on holiday she spoke little english but we knew how much we liked each other but she went bak to france I'll never see her again help me put my love life back together.daniel

The you they don't like is your attitude. Try making just friends with some girls and don't make moves on them. When you can control yourself you then can respond to them.

reader, anonymous, writes (18 October 2007): I think you are analysising situations too much. The girl who was only 12 was so right to keep away from you. Also the one at the gym who was 18 did the right thing too, if her job got her into trouble. Maybe you are expecting too much. Back off, have a chat with them and dont expect a relationship to come from it.
