reader, anonymous, writes (20 October 2007): Bloating is completly normal, dont worry about it. To reduce the affects eat lots of fruit and vegetables and keep to a healthy balanced diet. Drink plenty of water to flush out your system which will also help your skin to remain clear. Try to cut out caffiene and alcohol as they reduce your metabolism which effects the amount of bloating that you experience. Good luck hope this helps

Well i eat activia once a day and that really helped and there really nice i used to bloat like mad when i was due on but since ive been on activia its not so bad
