If I had smacked my kids because they deserved it for being disrespectful and it was reported, they would have taken my kids away from me that day, but a disgusting and perverted pedophile can sexually abuse my girls and he goes F#@k%ng "unfound" I'm completely stressed as I'm at a dead end. The DSS (dept. of social services) give me little to no information and it's like pulling teeth to even get a damn human on the phone.Does anyone know of what I can do as my next step. I know getting a lawyer is what I'm going to have to do, but my money tree in the back yard is rather bare.Has anyone ever experienced such pain like this and what did you do to make your children go on with their next day.I've not told my girls of the information I got yesterday saying he was found "unfound/not guilty" by DSS. I don't think I should. Not that I'm going to keep it from them, but I think I should wait until I can find another means of locking his ass away. They don't need anymore emotional pain and stress.I don't understand how a shallow, morally sick and disgusting bastard can merely walk away from doing something like this to his own children. Even more so, how can he live with himself?!!Any advice would be appreciated!!! Tremendously!Thank you in advanceM

I called the police the very morning it happened, when I was driving out of my drive way to go pick my girls up from their biological fathers(the correct term that is, but he's only a sperm donor to us now. He doesn't come close to being a father!) His house is an hour away. I had the police meet me there, we filled out an incident report and then I came back to my hometown, an hour away. I had to call DSS MYSELF, because the damn police didn't do it and this was like 3 days after it happened. When I called they said they had no report of it. That's a whole other story in itself!!!
They have left me with no answers AT ALL!!! (The Police that are suppose to keep us safe and from harm and HELP us in these type of situations.) Some of them are worthless pieces of CRAP!!! They don't protect a damn thing!
My local DSS finally got in touch with me a week after it happened and they are the ones saying he was "unfound" due to interviews with the "new" step children of the asshole that done this to my children. Mind you, these children and their mother have known this loser for less than a year. They haven't a clue!!
