Menopause is a natural and expected process that all women must face. Because of the physical changes associated with menopause it's important that you discuss these issues with your Dr as there are Rx as well as natural remidies that can help. Soy, Vit E and coconut oil has shown remarkible benefits and don't require a Rx and doesn't involve any complications that are normally associated with HRT.
Sex is one of those things that for women, the more you have (as long as it's enjoyable) the more you want it. You may need additional foreplay and lubricant but there is no shame in that, I'm sure the quality of your husbands erections has deminished with age too! Don't discount masterbation as a libido enhancer. The more orgasms you have (whether by solo or partnered sessions )the more blood flow your pelvic floor muscles and vagina receives staving off vaginal thinning and dystonia that's associated with menopause. You may want to consider erotica or other stimulus to activate the part of your brain that's in control of your genitals sexual response. A sood sexy story or Harliquin romance novel can do wonders sometimes! You just have to be willing and wanting to make changes in your thought process and actions/habits to bring about change in your bedroom.

I agree with Aunt Honesty in that at this point in your life, your sex drive dwindles. Sadly, just as a woman can really enjoy sex (no risk of pregnancy and usually married) her drive shuts off.
I'd recommend playing the part. Wear something sexy. See if you can drive your husband wild with desire. His reaction could spur you.
You may also want to take to your doctor. You may have low levels of a hormone. I am not sure what doctors prescribe for low libido for women (perhaps a tiny dose of testosterone?) but they may be able to help you. Your OBYGN could also serve you.
Also, exercise can get your blood moving and improve your mood and self esteem.

Try not to beat yourself up over this most women lose there sex drive while going through the menopause. Visit a local health shop there are magnets available that you attach to your underwear through the day that help with many side effects from the menopause including a low libido. Just ask someone in a health store near you about it.
Goodluck.

hi
the best thing to do ia get to know your body again..masterbate alone at first , try to do it around twice a week and then your body gets to crave it
