 In fact, it's not just in movies - if they have a very intense orgasm, a lucky few girls do 'squirt'. It's a release of the very same liquid that acts as the natural lubricant (in other words, the liquid you are referring to if you call a girls vagina 'wet'). The feeling of it releasing is supposed to intensify the already strong orgasm, however it is very rare and isn't something that HAS to happen for you to orgasm. I've heard it happens most commonly in the 'doggy style' position, although that may be myth, I'm unsure :)
