 you'll just have to sit her down and tell her that this girl she likes has a boyfriend and that you don't want to see her get hurt and that you're just looking out for her and you're her friend and if she wants to talk you're there for her.
all you can do really depends on how she reacts she may appreciate you telling her this and looking out for her.
