If you do feel comfortable then maybe you could ask him what he like to hear. Ask him before you have sex rather than during.

 Oh yes. It's really, really difficult to do. One of my earlier girlfriends (a long, long, long time ago!) wanted me to "talk dirty" to her, and I never did quite get the hang of it!
Actually, it never quite worked out. After a while she told me I was becoming "coarse and common" and said that the main thing that had made me attractive when we first met was the polite way I spoke!
