He always asks me not to open my legs too wide because it becomes uncomfortable for him. What can I do to tighen my vaginal muscles a little bit?

Kegel exercises can help you apply gripping actions after a period of time, practiced as "royaly" described, but I agree with "satindesire" that they are probably unnecessary and will not actually make your vagina any smaller (tighter). Your vagina is an incredibly adaptable organ that does not become "stretched out" permanently by one man's larger member or even a baby's birthing. All that considered, Kegel exercises indeed provide a rather amazing ability to provide intense feeling for a man during vaginal intercourse.

Simple answer? Kegel exercises.1) Identify and contract your pelvic floor muscles.2) Hold the contraction for three seconds then relax for three seconds.3) Repeat this contraction and relaxation 10 times (this 10 repetitions make one set)4) Perform one set of 10 contractions three times each day. Here's a great site to help you: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/kegel-exercises/WO00119
