writes:Its this guy that I work with who keeps coming on to me because he think he love me. but I dont see him that way and I have told him that so many times he is also married with 3 kids. I told to talk to god about whats going on with him to see why he is thinking about going out of his marriage because I dont date married men so me and him is out of the question. but he is not getting the picture. what can I do to get him to stop coming on to me that way !!

 In the real world this is called sexual harrassment. Tell him ABSOLUTELY NO!! Send him no mixed signals and if he doesn't stop you need to take this further as Pica said.
