reader, anonymous, writes (25 November 2009): See a gynecologist and ask them. There might be solutions. In the meantime bring extra panties with you so you can change during the day and not feel too uncomfortable, and also try wearing panty liners like already suggested.
It could be a hormonal thing. Do you get extra wet at particular times of the months, or particular times of the day? Do you stay dry at night? Again, ask your doctor about this. Most women feel more comfortable to talk to a female doctor about things like these, so if you dont have one you could look into getting a female doctor as well, or at least a female gynecologist.
