However, I'm still unclear as to when they can be effective. As a 17 year old, what, if anything, will Kegel exercises do for me, and if they can't do anything, what else can I do to be better in bed, besides "being passionate and attentive to my girlfriend's needs" (which I already do). Things are great right now sexually, But I'm just inquiring. I currently work outoften, I'm a track runner in a top-level program and do a lot of sprinting work so I'm in good cardiovascular shape, and Lift about 3-4 times per week. My erection doesn't point towards my body, just out or even slightly down depending on my level of enegry at the time. What can I do to improve my erection or sexual performance, short of taking ED medication, and what effect will the advised measures have on me?

ClearEyes is verified as being by the original poster of the questionDon't really have a problem. I can pretty much go whenever I want at this point. Do they improve hardness or dimensions?

At 17, and being as physically fit as someone with the workout routine you describe, you have nothing to worry about. Sure you can do Kegels, that's not going to hurt anything. But the fact of the matter is you are at the absolute peak of what Mother Nature designed. ED meds are abdolutely NOT for you. You are, frankly, as perfect as it gets. Enjoy!
