I have been told this is PMS. Is there anything that can help me?!?!?Seriously, not meaning to be melodramatic, but its ruining parts of my life since, to be honest, i'm not really fond of being depressed for a good 5-10 days and I just don't have the motivation to do anything! Is there anything that can help?? I've been told that it's worse because I am a teenager (16 last week :D) but does anyone know when these mood swings will stop and leave me alone?Thank youu :)

Hi. I suspect you won't like this, lol. If you eat really healthy your pmt symptoms won't be as bad. I know this is true. Unfortunately, when I had bad pmt I would want things like choc, chinese food etc more than ever. Evening primrose and vit B6 helps.
You don't have to do something as drastic as the pill till you've tried the diet and exercise road. It never goes away fully, but you can control it from being really bad where you feel crazy to something you can manage.
If you are already ultra healthy then try the pill, but it made me worse. It's crap being a girl sometimes x

Mine is really bad too, except I'm more like a vicious animal a day or two before the Painters. The only thing that worked for me was the Pill. I had to try 2 or 3 brands before I found one that was so perfect I could keep myself off periods for 3 months at a time and my bad skin as well as my moods cleared up. Talk to your doctor or nurse and ofcourse your mum about the Pill.
