And like Psycookie said , if she is pregnant just give her a hug.
Be there to listen to her and be a really,really good friend , even if she gets difficult or what not.
You may be the only person she has for all I know.

 To buy her a prenancy test just go to a Walmart (since you live in the U.S) and if you're kind of ashamed, go to the "self-check-out" thing and buy it. Buy a reliable brand, not a cheap one or a very expensive one.
If it says positive, just hug your friend. Don't say anything, just hug her, the act will be enough.
Now, if she's pregnant, it will be a hard way to help but not impossible. I'm just telling you that if some problem come out, first, think it out and look for a possible solution and don't jump into conclusions/ do something impulsive.
