WHAT CAN I DO TO GET BACK AT HIM FOR ALL THE PAIN HE HAS CAUSED ME.

 You date his enemy. Seriously. Guys hate for a girl they lost to be hanging on their worst enemy's arm all around school.
However, their enemy might not be that attractive so it's going to require some work which gets exhausting after a while. Lucky for me when I was around your age and face with the same situation my ex's arch nemesis was hot but slightly annoying. I only kept the charade up for so long then ditched him, then got over my ex.
The biggest revenge you can get is moving on from this and being happy. It shows that you don't need him after all.
