In neck kisses and ear kisses he just licks my ear/neck? Way too much licking and tongue. It means there are slobbery marks all on my chin and ear and neck that I have to subtly wipe off. It's so bad I have to try and avoid kissing him. What can I do?

Tell him that his kissing is okay; but it is just a little too wet, and gets a little messy. His feelings might get hurt, but he will keep doing it as long as you don't do anything about it.
When a boy does something you don't like, you have to let him know.

Why don't you take control for once tell him not to do anything because you want to take lead, tell him you're doing this because you never take lead and you want to for once.. he will be really happy and that's most probably the nicest way to do it. Good luck! :-)
