This is a common problem when two people are of different ages. He's happy with things the way they are and you're feeling a little unfulfilled.
Dress sexily at bedtime. Go to work on him. Get him in the mood. Men are very visual creatures and the odd nice surprise at bedtime usually works wonders. I suppose it depends on his particular likes and dislikes, but stockings and suspenders with shiny stilettoes does it for me. Red and black is a good mix, all hidden under a dressing gown. Flash that at him and I doubt he'll be able to resist the temptation!
Hope it works for the two of you!
