It isn't classified as a "sexual act with a minor" right? So you can't get done for it?Or can you get done for it?Thanks in Advance.

 honey if a 20 year old man kissed my 13 year old child he'd have a lot more to worry about from me than going to jail.....
I'm reasonally sure it can be classes (at least over here) as assault on a minor if the parents press charges.. sometimes here the state will press charges even if the parents do not.

 Yeah i think it is illegal. It isn't illegal to have a relationship with a minor but it IS illegal to do anything sexual with a minor. Which includes kissing.
I know with the whole minor thing and age limit theres so many different perceptions of it and if it should be aloud etc. But about 2000 years ago at the age of 14 you would be married and having your second child.
I think you need to call of whatever relationship (if you have one) with this person, maybe if you wait untill they are of legal age and are still admiment they want to be with you then its okay to go out with them.

I would call whatever relationship you have off as remember this person is still classed as a child and i do think a 20 year old going out with a 13 year old isn't right.
