At 30 he should be ready to settle into something serious & not be hanging out with the boys all the time. I understand you've only been seeing him 2 months, but why wouldn't he ask you to hang out? That would make me wonder where the relationship is going. And you wanting to get him a gift makes me think you want it to be mores serious. Would he be thingking the same thing if it were your B-Day in a month?? Probably not. Don't give more than he is willing to give, or he will lose interest in you. Play the game until you've got him where you want him. If I were you I wouldn't even mention the B-Day. You're not going to be a part of it anyways b/c he does not want you to be.

The nature of the DVD and what follows it will vary greatly depending on your personal sensibilities and what you wish to encourage in this relationship. But if it's something uncommon for you that is pleasurable to him, then it'll be great.

if you want to buy him a thing - get him a cd he might like, or make him a mix cd.
