Just to be a real geek here:
You will get antifungals, not antibiotics, as thrush is a fungal infection, and most antibiotics are made from mould (a fungus) and therefore would make thrush much worse.
The drug of choice is normally Canistan (Clotrizamole) which comes in tablets, pessaries and creams.
But I still suggest seeing a doctor this time, but in the future you can buy this medication over the counter at Boots.
Avoid cleaning down there with soap or anything scented as this can be a major cause of Thrush as your bodies natural chemicals that protect against this get damaged by soap etc.

It could be tissue like the guy suggested, but I get it too, and if I'm honest I think it's just when you need a clean, it maybe dried up discharge or something like that, it's nothing to worry about so just clean it out if you spot any (:
