reader, anonymous, writes (29 November 2006): each sti has different symptoms but if you are just rundown, dizzy, sick, and have a headache you almost a hundred percent dont have a sti. for sti's there is usually some infection of sorts down...there..now if you had unprotected sex you should maybe check it out, but with your symptoms most likely you are fine
