 There are two seperate questions here.
If he is cheating then he will be secretive, receive texts and phone calls and not tell you who they are from. Guard his phone with his life and probably have a password on it to prevent you looking at it. Make up ridiculous excuses about where he is going and stay out long hours.
If he sees you as just a bit of fun he will probably only ring you when he wants sex, not take you out in public or make plans with you. Leave as soon as he has had sex, not stay over etc. Not invite you to meet his family and friends x
