If a girl seems disinterested at your advances but still flirts a little, then never assume she's playing hard to get. Just forget her and move on to a girl who doesn't play games.
If a girl turns you down, try again but if she still refuses then walk away.
Personally I find girls that play hard to get also like to play a lot of different annoying games if you do finally get them. They're not worth the time and effort plus it's just too hard to tell what their deal is and there are plenty of other girls that don't play games.
