You can absolutely get pregnant! My first child was conceived about a week after I went off the pill and my second was conceived while using the "pull out" method. It's not the best form of birth control...Sandman has an excellent answer. Good luck!

Precum is just as bad as cumming inside you. You can get pregnant just as easily. I give the pull out method a three mont pregnancy rating lol, meaning keep that up and ull be pregnant in a few more months if ur not already. I would stick to condoms to ensure complete safety.

Once he's done his business - I am assuming you mean cumming. He then re-enters after having ejaculated.
YES! This could get you pregnant. He has not had a chance to completely clear his urethra of semen after the first ejaculation. The urethra (after cumming) will contain a bit of semen/sperm until the male passes it through urination.
If he cums, and then re-enters you without either squeezing the penis from base to head to help clear the urethra of semen (this method is the least safest of the two I'm describing) OR urinating to really flush the urethra out - then the semen MAY leak into your vagina when he re-enters you the second time which can cause pregnancy.
Here is a link of a study done in regards to precum. Long story short, precum in and of itself does NOT contain sperm (although many people will say that it does - here is scientific proof that it doesn't):

Hope this helps.

im no doctor, but i say this could get you pregnant!!! the fact that he finished then re enters you stright after, unless he totaly wipes it clean but theres still that risk of you getting pregnant, my advace is use a comdon as its safer than the pull out withdrawal meathed , as sex is a stimulant and can somtimes make a man not want to pull out if you know what i mean, i should know it happend to me once but i managed to ppull out in time
