It depends. How close to ejaculation was he when he pulled out? Did he come right away afterwards? Even before the ejaculation takes place, a small amount of semen can come out from the penis. But he he came out way before, it is very unlikely.
(Penis withdrawl is not considered the safest form of birth control.)
