For anyone who can help but mostly to those who had premature ejaculation and has overcame it.

I have sexually intimate with my girlfriend for over 2 years now. My first time with her was my first time and also my most embarassing moment. I got it in and pulled right back out because i was already cumming.

I have a serious issue with my ejaculation and i really need some help. I have been on google for a while now and i heard the kegal technique works. The problem is that i dont know how to hold my PC muscles.

Yes i can stop the flow of my pee but i dont know if i am doing it right when i am not peeing. I read somewhere that i should try not to squeeze my buttocks but thats what i do to stop the slow of my pee. Are there any other ways to overcome premature ejaculations?

Peeing is voluntary, ejaculating is not! You can not stop ejaculation when it begins. And believe me it hurts like hell if you stop the cum because it flows back to the ureter. I experienced it once and I'm not going to try it again, EVER!

The only thing you can do is to pay total attention to your feelings down there, and when it's close stop what you're doing, until you cool down. I usually just stop moving and let my penis rest inside for a few seconds. But sometimes I have to pull out. Just work it out with your girlfriend. You'll be fine.

For your age, premature ejaculation is not considered a problem. You are at the peak of your sex drive, you get turned on by even looking at a dressed girl, and of course your penis is too sensitive. To add more, your partner is a teen, with a vagina that is not used more than a few times. Isn't that enough for any guy to make him ejaculate in a matter of seconds?

"I have a serious issue with my ejaculation and i really need some help" is a bit too much to describe your situation.

Don't worry it gets better as you get used to the feeling of the vagina and she loosens up. Meanwhile, don't be self conscious and have sex on a regular basis, otherwise you won't progress. You can masturbate once or twice before you meet your girlfriend. Use thicker condoms. And yes, the technique for stopping the cum is the same as stopping the pee. When you feel you are close, stop or slow down and use the muscles at the end of your shaft (where it meets the scrotum) to hold it. You may have to pull out and wait for a few seconds to cool down.

Last but not least, if your girlfriend makes fun of you, don't get hurt. EVERY girl does that instinctively. You have to learn to be a man and not let the girls hurt you.

Do you have the same problem when you're by yourself?

I found I would be very quick sometimes depending on how turned on I was.

I started thinking about non sexual things to try and stop going early.

Changing position when you're getting close can also help.
