Walking is the easiest way to reduce fat apart from eating the right kind of food . If you have a treadmill at home then you use it for around 30 mins everyday. Start walking for 15mins during the initial days and gradually increase it 30 mins.Your breasts are made of adipose tissue (fat tissue) .So go easy on fried foods. Go easy on junk food and concentrate on healthy home cooked meal.. Eat a portion of salad before your noon meal and ensure your dinner is not super heavy.Dont starve or avoid carbs totally coz carbs provide you with necessary stamina.Ensure the weight loss regime of yours is gradual and steady .Dont overexcercise and crash. Also wearing the right kind of clothes have a considerable effect on your appearance.Dont wear tight fitting tops or skin hugging jeans.Opt for a slightly comfortable cargo. Tops or T-shirts with checkered prints can help you conceal your outline till you lose weight..Good luck :)

Start eating healthier. You would be surprised how much weight you can lose by fixing your diet. When I was 13 I was addicted to soda and a bit overweight. I cut the soda out and only drank water. I was surprised I lost about 15 lbs. just from doing that. Exercise in the form of cardio is a good start. Start small. Begin running a half mile a day taking it slow, meaning walking when you find it absolutely necessary. Record how many times you stop to walk and try to get down to doing it with out stopping then move up to a mile. In my opinion getting the nerve to actually exercise and eat healthy is half the battle. Once you get in the habit you will love the results.

Unfortunately you can't selectively lose weight, you can only lose it everywhere or not. You can lose weight by doing cardio exercise at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes and by reducing your calorie intake. A lot of people gain HUGE amounts of calories through snacking so pay attention to snacks.

The only thing that will change your weight is proper nutrition. I suggest you talk to your family doctor and get advice from them. Good luck.
