He went down home for 2 weeks and I went there to visit on my holidays. Before he came back he mentioned about moving in together, but 2 months after living together he decided he didn't want a relationship, but we still had sex. Years later we are still sleeping together and he is still saying he doesn't have feelings for me it's just sex and being friends. But when he ext messaged me the other night and when I didn't respond he was calling my house just to see if I was ok, and he's always asking who I am going out with, I also see him more than I did when we lived together. Is he just saying that because he is afraid he'll get hurt if he tells me how he really feels, because we argue alot and I know if it were any other guy he would definately not stick around, but he does not matter how bad our arguement.

What is it YOU want from this relationship? Sorry, but it sounds to me like he's using you.
I really do not think that he's afraid to say how he feels - I reckon he simply doesn't want to - cos that would mean he would lose what he has with you - which is not, I guess, what you want and need.
