If you both feel you are ready to move onto the next step by doing this, I think you need to remember what being this intimate is about; making someone else feel good! So all the while he's pleasuring you, theres not really anything in particular you need to do at that moment!
Different girls do a series of different things so it rather depends on what your feeling at the time.
