Left it for fw weeks, nothing. These are sentimental items that my grandad bought, we were close he passed away 3 years ago. She says it's just an excuse to contact her, but it's not. I have explained that I don't want us, her, no second chances and despise having to get in touch with her. I've heard off one of her mates that she regrets what she has done and wants us back. Who said all fair in love and war!

Tell her you need to arrange a time to set up to pick up your things, if you don't hear from her to arrange that time, you'll be filing and using the police to assist you in picking them up.
Let her know these things are your, she has no right of ownership over your property. She is holding it against your will, which is violation of law, and if she refuses you plan on taking this further.
