writes:Ive been seeing my boyfriend now for over a year,the thing that is bugging me is ive not been introduced to his parents.We both have children from our marrages,and are divorced.He has meet mine and the children have meet each other,ive even meet his sister and husband.It is making me feel that he isnt serious about our relationship and i am seriously thinking of ending it,as we dont seem to be going anywhere.

reader, anonymous, writes (9 February 2011): I would ask him why you havent met them. I would always be a little worried when men say "take it slowly". If someone truly loves you and wants a proper relationship then he would be proud to introduce you to his parents. Talk to him and see what he says. Good luck.
