Hi, how do I let a guy know i like him? He is a good bit older than me and I know Bim from work. At first he was always looking at me, then he started helping me out all the time then subtle flirting. The problem is how we know each other if he made a unwelcomed move it could get him in bother. It would be welcome though! How do I let him know, we have been playing cat and mouse for months. I am at the point of. Just make your move!!Help please!!

janniepeg agony auntThere are many men who flirt but with no intentions of doing more, especially at work place there may be rules that discourage dating from within. So that is actually a safe space to flirt all they want without being pressured to make a move. Flirting also reduces the mechanical effect of mundane work and it makes the day go by faster. The cat and mouse games end when you are tired of it or when people are confronted with whether they want to take it to the next level or just let it die. He has to be ready and at the same time want a relationship to pursue things. Until he lets you know this, it is just harmless flirting. Being a woman it gives you the advantage to just wait and not say anything you would regret. If you are at the point of being impatient, hot and bothered, you've gone too deep. It's just flirting.

i think u shud suggest going out for a drink after work, see his reaction if he replies to u flustered make a point its as friends , once out he shud relax more n if he likes u in a romantic way he has the chance to express this, if he is shy then take the lead alot of men like this if he doesnt like u in the romantic way u will see by his reactions towards u good luck
