He may have a low sex drive or ED. Ask him to see a doctor. If he refuses dump him and find a new guy with a better sex drive.

Prior to moving in, how was your sex life? Are there any additional stresses since moving in together? Does employment add stresses that didn't exist when it was good?
Fist ask yourself about changes that you might recognize in how day to day commitments have changed that may add stress causing sex to be not very important on his list.
You should express your concern with him. Let him know you need some physical loving too, not just being in love.
