She has been there through lots of ups and downs in my life and I know she see's me like a brother or cousin and has mentioned jokingly that there is no way anything would ever happen between us...We have gotten alot closer in the past 2 years and I have recently (over the past 6 months) begun to have sexual thoughts about her and I don't know what I should do. I feel guilty, and worried that I'll lose her as a friend.Any advise?

These feelings are natural as you seem to have a close friendship and seem to care alot for her, i think the best thing to do is just sit back and see how things go you might find the feelings go away with time and this was just a little stage throughout your friendship.
But if these feeling do not go then you need to sit her down and explain your feelings and if she is that much of a good friend to you she will understand and support you during this might even be able to help stop the feelings or she may feel the same way.
Good luck.

do you have feelings for her or just sexual thoughts? if its just sexual thoughts it doesnt seem worth a friendship.
