I knew they would be near by as the guy I know normally says hi etc. This time I didn't see them coming even though I was facing in their direction but When they got into the car they slammed the doors really hard and the guys mate revved his car a lot, a lot more than normal I would say. Were they trying to get my attention? A lot of guys drive erratically I know so I'm not sure what to think. Reply to this Question Share |

Totally agree, for your age it would seem a very immature thing to do, someone who is young yes it is something they would do to get attention.

I agree with Denizen.
While it might have BEEN to catch your attention, it's a pretty PATHETIC way for a GROWN man to get a woman's attention - considering gunning the engine COULD feel intimidating to some.
If he was 18 and it was his first car, I can see a guy do that to try and get a girl to notice, but someone is his 30's? Lame.

You put your age at 30 - 35. But the question suggests you are much younger.
See if it happens again, or there are any other indications. You see 35-year-old men don't normally slam car doors and rev car engines to get a woman's attention. It just makes one look like an idiot.
