A female Australia age 36-40, anonymous writes:

If you had an ectopic pregnancy would you tell the guy you were seeing?

Not seeing each other more, just friends now. It wasn't serious. He knows you haven't been feeling well at all and this explains why . . .

is it a waste of time and just causes drama for no reason?

i cant see the point, except for the reason why the haven't been well part.

A female reader, Emilysanswers United Kingdom +, writes (29 January 2009):

Well if he asks "Why were you unwell recently?" then tell him.

If not then just talk to people you know about it as you seem to want to talk to it about someone.

Most guys will be content not to know about issues you are having in your fallopian tubes. Lady Problems are not their strong point, even if they stray into serious surgery.

Good Luck!! xx
